About Kankana
I am a PhD researcher in Chemistry with a strong academic background and over five years of experience in teaching and mentoring undergraduate and postgraduate students. During my doctoral research, I had the opportunity to teach B.Tech. and M.Sc. students, assist in laboratory sessions, explain fundamental and advanced chemistry concepts, and guide students in solving academic and research-related problems. These experiences have strengthened my communication skills and my ability to simplify complex topics for learners with different levels of understanding. My areas of expertise include physical chemistry, organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, catalysis, renewable energy, biofuels, biomass valorization, and sustainable chemistry. In addition to teaching, I have extensive experience in scientific writing, research methodology, literature review, manuscript preparation, and data interpretation. I have authored several research publications in peer-reviewed journals, contributed to book chapters, and participated in various research projects throughout my academic career. These experiences have enabled me to develop strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills. As an educator, I believe that learning becomes effective when concepts are explained clearly and students are encouraged to think critically rather than memorize information. I strive to create an interactive and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing confidence in the subject. My goal is to help students build a solid conceptual foundation while improving their problem-solving abilities.
