About Swati
Swati is a Counselling Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Psychology and professional training in CBT, DBT, and mindfulness based interventions. She has experience of working in a psychiatric hospital as a psychologist and was involved with patients of Depression, schizophrenia, addiction etc. She has worked with individuals across age groups, supporting concerns such as stress, burnout, anxiety, emotional regulation and addiction. She has also worked with a school as student counsellor and was responsible for individual and group counselling sessions for students, teachers and parents. She also provided career counselling services to the students as and when required. She has many certifications including certification in career counselling and addition management.
